BBQ Pork Burgers
Cut buns in half with bread knife if not already pre-sliced.

Thinly slice onion. Mince approximately 2 tbsp.

Cut potatoes into wedges.

Toss potatoes with drizzle of oil, 1 tbsp fry seasoning, salt & pepper.

Combine 2 tbsp mayo with Chipotle powder to taste. Mix.

Combine 10 oz ground pork with minced onion & 1 tbsp fry seasoning.

Add 1 tsp kosher salt & pepper. Form into patties.

Preheat oven at 425°.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in pan; add onion.

Season with salt. Continue cooking until browned.

Add 2 tbsp BBQ sauce to onions.

Set onions aside in bowl.

Roast potatoes for 20-25 mins.

Grill burgers over high heat.

After burgers are flipped, insert thermometer to monitor temperature.

When almost done, toast buns & add shredded cheese to burgers.

Potatoes are done!
To serve, add BBQ sauce & Chipotle aioli to buns.
Top burger with onion mixture.
Serve with potato wedges.
