Belgium: Liège Waffles
Mix water, yeast, half of the flour, eggs, butter and sugar. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.

Add the rest of the butter and flour. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.

Roll dough and sprinkle with pearl sugar.

Form a long roll.

Cut roll in 12 pieces.

Place on baking sheet. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.

Place each piece of dough in waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
