Berry Quinoa Spinach Salad
Add 2T date syrup to 3T balsamic vinegar and 3T water.

Add 3T dijon mustard.

And 2 cloves minced garlic.

Stir to combine. Set aside.

Add a large bed of spinach to a bowl.

Top with a spoonful of cooked quinoa.

Pour on a bit of the dressing.

Mix everything together to coat with dressing.

Add chopped cucumber.

Add a handful of fresh blueberries.

Add a handful of fresh blackberries.

And top with sliced almonds. Enjoy!
