Best Slow Cooker Lasagna
Over medium heat, cook onion in a skillet. Add garlic, ground beef and sausage and cook. Stir in tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer on low.

In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese with Parmesan, parsley, eggs, and salt and pepper. Cover the bottom of your greased slow cooker with meat sauce.

Top with oven-ready lasagna noodles. Break to fit if necessary and place broken pieces where sauce is uncovered.

Ladle more meat sauce over the noodles and spread evenly. Then spoon the ricotta mixture and top with mozzarella cheese plus additional Parmesan.

Repeat the layers 3 times. Cook on low for 7 hours. Set to warming mode and allow the lasagna to rest for 30 minutes before cutting into it. Enjoy!
