Heat some oil. Fry 1.5 large onion (sliced) till golden brown
Add 2.5 tsp ginger garlic paste. Sauté a couple of minutes
Add in 2 medium tomatoes, chopped. Mix it up well
Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi. Mix. Cover & let cook on simmer
Add in 1/2 kg okra , cut up
Mix well. Add in 1 tsp chaat masala, and juice of 1/2 a lemon. Leave on summer till okra is tender
Add 1/2 tsp each of :garam masala,crushed coriander,and cumin. Add chopped green chillies.Mix well.
Add in reminding 1/2 of the sliced onion & some green chilies. Cover & cook 10 mins. Turn off flame
Bhindi ready hai. Enjoy with roti & achaar
