Biscoff Dessert Bomb
Lotus watch the magic blow up on this bombshell (literally)
Aside: To make a quick-fix lotus ice cream : scoop out some vanilla ice cream. Add melted biscoff. Mix. Freeze overnight

Melt white choc chips. Spread out evenly into mould. Freeze 10 mins. Repeat for 2nd layer. Freeze again till set to make shells

Once set, remove shells onto counter.

Into one shell, place a small brownie piece. Top with the lotus ice cream scoop. Drizzle melted lotus. Cover with second shell. Drizzle melted lotus

Pour hot melted Biscoff Lotus spread over dessert bomb & enjoy the yummy treat
