Blistered Shishito Peppers
Heat oil in a cast iron pan

Add in washed and dried Shishito Peppers

Stirring so they get evenly charred

Sprinkle with Himalayan salt

Transfer to plate and sprinkle Togarashi seasoning for extra umami flavor ( this step is optional)
