Blueberry & Lemon Yogurt Loaf
What you'll need
5.3 oz
Lemon Greek Yogurt
One Egg White
One Tsp Almond Extract
1/2 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Blueberries
2 Tbsp Almond Or Coconut Milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add Lemon Greek yogurt, one egg white 2 tbsp almond milk & tsp almond extract to mixing bowl
Mix wet ingredients until incorporated.
Add your 1/2 cup flour and mix together.
Fold in blueberries. There is never really too many blueberries right?
Get your pan ready by spraying with avocado oil. I’m using a small stoneware.or cupckae tin too.
Pour batter into stoneware. Bake 15-20 min on 350 degrees until loaf is solid.
