Blueberry Bourbon Peach Cobbler

Combine 2 pounds frozen or fresh peach slices, 1 c blueberries, 1/4 c brown sugar

Stir 1/4 c sugar, 1.5 tbsp flour, 2 tsp vanilla and 3 tbsp Bourbon. Add to a cast iron skillet

add 1.5 c flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 2.5 tsp baking powder, 6 tbsp cold butter and blend. Add 1/2 c milk

Mix until a soft a dough forms and pat into a circle. Cut 3inch circles out of the dough

Place the dough on top of the fruit and brush with milk and top with extra sugar

Bake at 400 F for 35m until golden brown and serve warm with vanilla ice cream
