Blueberries
2 Cups
Milk
1/2 Tablespoon
Baking Powder
1 Cup
Flour
1/2 Teaspoon
Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Packed
Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon
Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoon
Butter
2 Tablespoons
Sour cream Or Cremé Fresh (Optional)

Preheat Oven to 500 Degrees

Add dry ingredients

Break up dry ingredients with wire whisk

Add milk and vanilla to dry ingredients and mix till there is no lumps. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Stir batter again. Heat non-stick frying pan on medium heat and add 2 TBSP butter.

When butter is hot add one cup of batter and swirl in pan and stir with spatula. Let batter semi set

Add blueberries. Put into 500 degree oven. Leave it in oven for 4-5 minutes.

Slide pancake onto plate with rubber spatula

Add sour cream or cremé fresh

Lastly, eat the pancake
