Braised Oxtail With Prunes
Start by searing the oxtails in all sides in olive oil.

Flip and cook until nice and brown.

Remove meat from the pan.

Add chopped leeks, carrots and celery.

Add minced garlic and saute for about 5 minutes.

Add tomato paste and keep stirring.

Bring the oxtails back into the pan. Season and add herbs. Wostercesteshire sauce and red wine.

Cover the meat with water.

Cover and transfer into the oven.

Bake on 300 degree for about 3 hours.Add prunes for the last 30 minutes.
