Brown Butter Garlic Maple Roasted Carrots

Add butter to small pot over Med-high heat

Whisking/swirling in pot until the butter starts to become frothy & nutty smelling & golden brown.

This will take approx 3-5 minutes. Then add the maple syrup, thyme and garlic and remove from heat.

Place peeled and chopped (approx 2 inch pieces) carrots into large bowl & pour over butter mixture

Toss well and then empty onto a lined baking sheet and roast.
