Use angle sections for vertical supports & tube steel for the horizontal structural members.

Use angle grinder to remove rust. Weld together the sides of the base.

Check to make sure everything squared. Reinforce connections from both sides.

Cut pieces of tube steel to fit inside the initial frames. Define shelves & storage spaces.

Brush out the weld pieces. For end panels: double check to make them squared and reinforce welds.

Assemble the structure by adding end panels first, before adding side panels.

Reinforce all the connections, use scrap pieces of wood as spacers to set different shelves.

Add reinforcing members to help provide rigidity to steel base.

Add in one additional vertical steel to in middle of structure. Brush out steel frame.

Paint the structure with two coats of Rusty Metal Primer.

Lastly, paint the structure with Turbo Spray System in Gloss White Protective Enamel.
