Grease the plate on which you will set the burfi and set aside

Melt it Completely

Add Milk powder slowly in 2-3 Batches

If you see lumps, break them

Mix till you get such consistency

1/2 Cup Sugar Powder

Cook on Medium to Low flame

Mix well till it attains a ball-type consistency

Transfer the barfi mixture on to the greased plate

Gently press the Dry fruits

Rest it at room temperature for atleast 1 hour 🕐

Slice into squares or diamond shapes & Serve..!!
