Cabbage Curry (Simple & Healthy)
We are making Cabbage Curry for lunch!

Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 red chilli, 1tsp orid & chana dal!

Saute well until golden brown!

Add 1/4 tsp asafoetida! The mustard seeds are beginning to crackle!

Add chopped 250g cabbage to the kadai!

It's a very simple and healthy dish!

Add 1 slit green chilli! Add 1 tsp salt and mix well!

Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder! A healthy curry which requires less oil!

It can be had with rice or with chappathi or in a sandwich!

Add 1/2 cup water to the vegetable for it cook well!

Close with a lid for 10 mins to cook!

Our Simple Cabbage curry looks delicious! Garnish with grated coconut! Add coconut after turning off the gas!
