Cajun Chicken Sausage Linguine
Dice one Roma tomato.

Remove skin from 2-4 (depending on taste) garlic cloves, using Garlic Peeler. Thinly slice using Garlic Slicer.

Heat oil in skillet. Add 9oz sweet Italian chicken sausage.

Break up sausage using Mix N Chop.

Add 6oz linguine to boiling salted water. Cook 9-11 mins.

Add garlic & 1T blackening spice to sausage.

Then add 1/2c chicken broth & tomato. Cook 2-3 mins.

Stir in 2T cream cheese & 1T butter. Heat until melted.

Mix in linguine.

Top with Monterey Jack cheese.

Serve with cheesy garlic toast.
