Caprese Chicken Sandwiches
Cut the chicken breasts in half. Place on a foil lined baking pan.

Get a new cutting board and knife. Slice tomatoes in 1/4 inch slices and top the chicken.

Slice the mozzarella and add. Season with oregano, olive oil, balsamic glaze, kosher salt and pepper

Bake in a 450 F degree oven for 15 minutes.

Combine softened butter with premade pesto.

Remove the chicken from the oven.

Toast buns and top with pesto butter, chicken and arugula. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
