Carrot Banana Smoothie
Ingredients: banana, carrots, walnuts, Greek style yogurt, dairy free milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and ginger

Freeze banana ahead of time - use wax paper lined baking sheet to freeze.

Peel carrots and cut into coins.

Add carrots, banana, dairy free milk,

Cinnamon and ground ginger to the blender.

Blend on high about 1 minute until thick and smooth

Serve as a smoothie or make into a smoothie bowl
