Chandler’s Thanksgiving Chicken
Remove the backbone from your chicken, press it flat on a sheet pan, and cover with ranch seasoning
Roast in the oven at 425* for about 25 minutes.
In a dish, combine a tablespoon of poultry seasoning + half a cup of Duke’s mayonnaise. Swipe over!
Slice up you chicken, and add to a platter for all your people!
