Cheddar And Beer Risotto
What you'll need
1 cup
Arborio Rice
1/2 cup
Omission Beer
3.5 cups
Chicken Stock
1 cup
4 Cheese Blend
1/2 cup
Half And Half
1 tbs
Butter
Melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add 1 cup of arborio rice, stir to coat with butter, and toast for 2 min.

Add 1/2 of beer and 1 tsp of onion powder. Cook 3-4 minutes until beer is absorbed by rice.

Add one cup of hot chicken stock and stir in. Add more stock when the rice has absorbed all of it.

When the rice is completely cooked, add 1/2 cup of Half and Half and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
