WHISK 2 eggs. Add 1 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, cheese, jalapeños

Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup cornmeal, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt

Add batter to Pre-heated skillet
