Cheesecake French Toast
What you'll need
6 slices
2 Slices Of Bread

Eggs
1/2 cup
Half And Half
1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg
4 ounces
Cream Cheese
1/2 teaspoon
Lemon Juice
1/2+1/2 teaspoons
Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon
Granulated Sugar
Maple Syrup
Butter
1 pint
Fresh Berries
For the cheesecake filling, start by combining 4 ounces of room temperature cream cheese and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Mix with a spatula until smooth.

Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Stir together to combine completely.

Use a piping bag if you’re feeling fancy. Cut the tip off a piping and use a star tip. Fill the bag with cheesecake filling and squeeze to the bottom.

Make the French toast custard: combine 2 eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla extract, and half and half. Which together.

Heat a skillet on medium-high. Melt 1 tbsp butter.

Dip a slice of bread in the custard and add to the buttered skillet. Cook 2-3 slices at a time.

Cook for 4-5 minutes and then flip. Notice the toast is a beautiful golden brown. Cook for 4 minutes on the second side.

To serve, start with toast and spread on cheesecake filling. Add a second slice. Dust with powdered sugar. Top with raspberries and maple syrup. 💕
