Cheesy Jalapeño Biscuits
Stir together 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne

Stir in 6 tbsp frozen grated butter

Now add 1 cup cold buttermilk

Stir in 1-2 minced jalapeños and 3/4 cup grated cheese

Flour your board and then turn the dough on to it - press into a one inch thickness, fold and repeat

Do this three times

Press straight down with a biscuit cutter (or use a knife)

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes
