Top bacon with syrup and brown sugar, then bake at 425F for 15-20 mins.
Scrub potatoes and slice 1/8-inch wide slots in each.
Make herb butter, brush potatoes, bake, brush, and bake again!
Top with shredded cheese and bake!
Top with candied bacon and fresh thyme. Serve!
