Measure out 1/2 to 2/3 cup of mayo.

Chop approximately 2 Tbsp of fresh basil.

Measure out 1 Tbsp of Pampered Chef's Italian Seasoning & 1/4 tsp of salt.

Mix cheese, mayo, basil, and seasonings in Small Batter Bowl.

Chop 4-6 strips of crispy bacon.

Chop 1/4 cup of green onion.

Slice a variety of tomatoes (1.5 lbs) approximately 1/2 inch thick. Remove seeds and pulp.

Use Close & Cut to slice small tomatoes.

Place prepared pie crust (homemade or store) into bottom of Deep Dish Pie Plate. Trim excess dough.

Layer the bottom with half the tomatoes, spread on cheese mixture, top with half of bacon crumbles.

Layer remaining tomatoes, cheese, bacon, and chopped green onions. Brush crust with egg wash.

Bake in oven pre-heated to 400° for 30-35 minutes. Crust should be golden & filling bubbly.

Remove from oven and place on cooling rack to cool. Wait at least 30-45 minutes before cutting.
