Cherry Cheesecake Brownies

Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water according to box directions

Drain and chop 1/4 cup maraschino cherries

In a small bowl, add 1/2 an egg to the cherries

Add 1/4 cup sugar, 8oz. cream cheese and 1.5 t. cherry juice and blend completely

Add a full scoop of brownie batter to each well of the Brownie Pan

Add a full scoop of cherry filling on top

Spread cherry filling to the edges

Add a scoop of brownie batter on top

Swirl the tops with the Mini Skinny Scraper

Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes

Test that middle is dry, then cool completely

Remove brownies with the Cake Releaser
