Chicken and Pork Adobo

Adobo Sauce
Buy
5 Chicken Thighs Cubed
350g
Belly Pork
10 pcs (optional)
Baby Potatoes
Optional
1 Bay leaf
Add all ingredients in a shallow pan.

Pour the adobo sauce. Marinade for 30 minutes.

Add the bay leaf if desired. Turn on heat to medium-high. Cover. Cook for 30 minutes.

Lower to medium heat and cook for further 15 minutes, uncovered or until desired sauce consistency.

Serve with rice and fresh tomatoes. Top with toasted garlic chips for a bit of crunch.
