Chicken Chili Drumsticks
Juicy tender roasted chicken drumsticks
Make 2 slashes on both sides of the drumsticks

In a bowl mix garlic, red pepper, koriander powder, salt and juice of half lime

Divide the marinade over the drumsticks and leave in the fridge for 2 hours

Heat a grill pan and fry the drumsticks slightly brown

Grill them on all sides

Heat the oil and fry the onions, cashews and chili flakes for 4 minutes

Add in the water and stir for one minute

Add in the roasted drumsticks and stir into the sauce
9
Cover with a lid and simmer on low flame for 20 minutes

After 10 minutes turn the drumsticks over

Divide the drumsticks on a plate with the sauce and sprinkle with some oil

Garnish with fresh coriander
