Chicken Fajitas made in the Quick Cooker
Add several chicken breasts to the inner pot (fresh or frozen!)

Add 1 cup of your favorite salsa!

Cut peppers and onion into large pieces

Chop pepper pieces with the Manual Food Processor

Chop the onions—no watery eyes this way!

Add the peppers and onions to the pot

Add 1 cup Jasmine rice and 1.5 cups water to the ceramic pot, then place seal on top.

Add the wire rack on top of chicken, then add the ceramic pot and close the lid.

Select Chicken setting, adjust time to 12 minutes if meat is frozen (10 minutes if fresh) and then Start.

When timer beeps, push Cancel and manually release the steam

Carefully remove the rice and chicken

Shred chicken and place back into the pot

Ready to plate!
