Combine 1/2 c flour with salt and pepper in a shallow dish.

Mix two eggs and 2 tbsp milk in a second shallow dish.

In a third shallow dish combine 1/2 c panko, 1/2 c grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

Coat chicken breasts in flour, egg mixture, then panko mixture. Place on Deluxe Air Fryer trays.

Cut 1 package of cherry tomatoes in half and place on DAF drip tray.

Place trays in DAF. Select “air fry” and adjust time to 18 minutes. Rotate trays halfway!

Meanwhile, add 1 bag of frozen cheese tortellini and 1 1/2 c chicken broth to Rockcrok.

Place Rockcrok with lid on in microwave and cook on high for 6 minutes.

Add 1/4 c Parmesan, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, and basil to cooked tortellini.

When DAF is done, top chicken with mozzarella.

Place chicken back in the DAF. Select “air fry” and adjust time to 2 minutes. Press wheel to start.

When DAF is done, add tomatoes to pasta and stir.
