Mince six garlic cloves with the Food Chopper

Cut four chicken breast in half using Close & Cut Set

Tenderize chicken using Meat Tenderizer

Heat 2 tbsp of coconut oil in 10” Stainless Steel Nonstick Skillet and brown chicken using Small Chef’s Tongs

Add 3 tbsps of EVOO and minced garlic to pan and sauté using Silicone-Coated Sauce Whisk

Whisk in 3/4C chicken broth, 1 juiced lemon and 1.5 tbsp of capers

Slice chicken breast

Add organic spring mix to bowl and top with sliced chicken breast

Pour sauce over chicken and you’re done!
