Rockcrok Dutch Oven
Herb & Onion Seasoning
Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 package 9-12 oz
Place chicken, herb & onion seasoning and 1 cup water in Rockcrok and set to low.
Shred Chicken using Mix ‘N Chop then remove and set aside in mixing bowl.
Use the Food Chopper to chop onion and red pepper.
Add chopped onion, red pepper and 3 cloves of garlic to Rockcrok and simmer until softened.
Add fire roasted diced tomatoes, spinach, Italian seasoning, broth and whipping cream.
Simmer on medium heat until spinach is wilted and pasta is cooked. Then return chicken to Rockcrok.
