Chili Mocha Flat Iron Steak

Combine salt, chili powder, espresso, brown sugar, cocoa powder and pepper.
Generously coat flat iron steaks with spice rub, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Grill steaks on medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
