Chinese Chicken Skewers
What you'll need
2 Tablespoons
Hoisin Sauce
1Tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon
Brown sugar
3 Tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon
Rice Wine Vinegar
1/8 teaspoon
Ground Ginger
Boneless Skinless Chicken
Combine ingredients. Stir well.

Cut chicken into 1” wide strips.

Stir chicken into marinade and chill.

Grill over medium heat for 8 minutes.

Flip and grill for 4 more minutes.

Serve with rice, pot stickers, and fried green beans.
