Chop your vegetables & thinly slice your steak. Salt the protein ahead of time.

Add your garlic, ginger, & sambal paste to a very hot oiled skillet!

Next, the mushrooms & chilis are added to the pan.

Then toss the steak into the skillet to quickly cook & add some scallions.

Quickly toss in the sauce and cook for 1 minute.

Serve over steamed rice & garnish with chopped scallions!
