Chipotle Caesar Salad with Grilled Salmon
Gather your ingredients (Recipe adapted from Pioneer Woman).

Slice ciabatta bread into cubes.

Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

Air Fry on bake for 15 minutes. Rotate at the halfway point.

Dressing is up next! To a blender, add 1/4 cup milk...

1/3 cup mayo...

1 tbsp balsamic &worcestshire sauce, S&P, 2 tbsp adobo, 1 tsp anchovy paste, and 2 tbsp parm cheese.

Then 1 clove crushed garlic.

Blend until smooth.

Season salmon fillets with S&P.

Preheat grill pan and spray with olive oil.

Croutons should be done about now. Open the door to let them cool.

Add salmon season side down to grill pan.

Season other side with S&P.

While first side of salmon is grilling chop romaine with Salad Choppers.

After 3-4 minutes flip salmon and add chipotle sauce to one side to finish cooking.

Add remaining dressing over lettuce and croutons...

And toss well.
