Place 3/4 cup hot water into a bowl.

Add 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder into the bowl.

Wisk together until ingredients are incorporated and set aside.

In a separate large mixing bowl add 1 and 1/4 cups of sugar.

Add 1 and 1/4 teaspoons of baking soda.

Add 1/2 cup of chocolate milk.

Whisk all the ingredients until they are fully incorporated together.

Add 1 and 1/3 cups of flour.

Add your cocoa powder and water mixture into you large mixing bowl.

Oil your Fluted Cake Pan with a light coat of cooking oil.

Add your batter into your Fluted Cake Pan.

Cover it with foil.

Add 1 and 1/2 cups of water into your Quick Cooker.

Place Fluted Cake pan on wire rack then place into your Quick Cooker.

Press Costom on high then hit the Time button and change the time to 32 minutes and hit Start.

After 32 minutes it done let you Quick Cooker naturally steam release for 10 mins then hit Cancel.

Then hit your quick release button.

Carefully remove Fluted Cake Pan from Quick Cooker. Let cool for 10 minutes.

With your Cake Tester and Releaser remove cake from pan let cool completely.

In large mixing bowl add 1/4 cup sweet chocolate chips.

Add 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream.

Microwave for 30 seconds then whisk together and let cool.

Place cake on a Stackable Cooling Rack and pour ganache over cake.
