Chocolate Chickpea Cake (GF)
Start by adding one cup dark chocolate to a bowl; heat on low until chocolate is melted & smooth

In a blender or food processor add can chickpeas, packet oatmeal & 1 tsp baking powder. Blend well

Add 2 tbsp fave nut butter, 2 eggs, melted chocolate, and tbsp almond extract. Blend again.

Add a bit of hot water for consistency and 1/3 cup coconut sugar.

Line a small pan with parchment paper and spread batter evenly. Top with chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Let cool before slicing. Serve with powdered sugar or fresh fruit!
