Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Gluten-free Almond Flour Chocolate Chunk Cookies πŸͺ Crunchy, crumbly and oh so delicious!
Toddler made, and approved β˜‘οΈ (by adults too πŸ˜ƒ)
Scrub and Wash hands.. ofcourse πŸ˜†

In a mixing bowl, Add 2 cups unblanched Almond Flour and whisk to break any lumps

Add 1/2 tsp baking powder and combine

Add 3 tablespoons of pure maple 🍁 syrup

Add 1/4 cup softened butter (vegan if you prefer) and combine to a crumbly mix (hold the bowl in place.. lots of mixing here πŸ˜ƒ)

Roughly chop up 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks into a smaller pieces (take a few extra for those sneaky little hands πŸ˜…) (p.s: use a kid-friendly knife)

Are we ready for the chocolate chunks? β€œYes!!” Lightly fold them in with a spatula :)

Make cookie dough balls and lightly press to a cookie shape (don’t be surprised if the mix gets lesser πŸ˜‚)(p.s it’s totally edible and so yum!)

Ready for the oven! 350deg F for 10-12mins

Place cookies on a cooling rack. They harden as they cool
