Chocolate Covered Whole Wheat Cookies
Ingredients: whole wheat flour(100g), oil(35g), maple syrup(35g), salt(pinch), and chocolate.
Preheat oven to 160 C/320F. Put maple syrup(35g), oil(35g), and salt(pinch) in a bowl and stir.

Add whole what flour(100g), mix and make a dough.

Roll out the dough and use a scraper to straighten the side.

Split equally with the scraper(or knife) and bake for 20 minutes at 160C/320F.

Let cookies cool down, and snap one by one to separate them.

Melt chocolate(as much as you want) in double boiler over simmering water.

Spread the chocolate on the cookies and place them on a cooling rack.
