Chocolate Hazelnut Pear Cake
In a large bowl whisk together flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,soda,salt, spices&ground hazelnuts

In a smaller bowl whisk together maple syrup or agave with

Cider vinegar and water until combined

Add wet to the dry and whisk or stir until just combined - don’t over mix

Fold in the chopped pear

Empty into a 9 inch prepared spring form pan

Top with the remaining sliced pears

Along with the chopped hazelnuts

Bake until fully set

Allow to cool 10-15 min in pan then release springform and allow to fully cool before slicing

Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or some whip
