Chocolate Sour Cream Bundt Cake
Combine butter, sugar, and brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer.

Mix together until well -combined.

Add vanilla extract and eggs.

Mix until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Whisk to combine.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, while mixing on low speed. The batter will be thick at this point.

And hot water. Mix to combine. At first, it will be kind of gloppy. That’s okay! Keep mixing.

It should be nice and smooth once it’s all mixed together.
Grease a bundt pan and dust it with cocoa powder.

Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Once the cake is cool, dust with some powdered sugar or your topping of choice.
