Line mini muffin cups. Melt chocolate.

Divide chocolate among cups and spread up the sides with a knife or spoon.

Combine sunbutter with powdered sugar (if desired).

Divide sunbutter into cups.

Melt remaining chocolate, top sunbutter and refrigerate until set.
