Cinnamon Banana Bread
Preheat your oven to 350 and line the bottom of a loaf pan with parchment paper. Spray or rub the sides with oil

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt

In a large bowl, whisk together mashed banana, eggs, white sugar, coconut sugar, avocado oil, and vanilla

Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, and stir until well mixed

Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl and set aside

Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan
6
Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the top of the batter in the pan
7
Gently spoon the rest of the batter over the top of the cinnamon and sugar mixture
8
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour and 10-20 minutes. Let cool in the pan COMPLETELY

Slice with a serrated knife and DEVOUR!
