Cinnamon Candied Almonds
1/2 C sugar, 2tbl butter, 1tsp vanilla, 2tsp cinnamon, 1/4 water and 2 C whole almonds.

Line a large banking sheet with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper with butter.

In a nonstick pan combine water, butter, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon over medium heat.

Bring to boil then add almonds. Cook and stir until water evaporates. Stir consistently.

Cook until it changes from liquid to syrup to a stringy consistency and then crystalize on almonds.

Pour almonds on prepared sheet. Seperate them with spatula or fork. Let cool for 15 min.
