Cinnamon Crunch Bagels
2 c. Self-rising flour. Add 2 c. Nonfat plain Greek yogurt.

Stir yogurt and flour until it forms a ball.

Transfer dough to floured Pastry Mat.

Divide dough into 8 equal sections.

Shape each section into a smooth circle of dough. Create a hole in the center and work the dough until it looks like a bagel.

Make egg wash by whisking egg with 1 tsp. water.

Brush each bagel with the egg wash.

Make the Cinnamon Crunch topping by mixing 1/3 c. Sugar, 2 Tbs. flour, and 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon. Cut in 2 Tbs. butter until crumbly.

Top Bagels with Cinnamon Crunch.

Transfer Bagels to Deluxe Air Fryer racks that have been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Add both trays to Deluxe Air Fryer.

Set Air Fryer to Custom, 22 minutes, 375 degrees.

Half way through baking time, rotate trays and finish baking.

While baking, make cinnamon cream cheese by combining 1/2 block light cream cheese, 1/4 c. Brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon.

Transfer to Cooling Racks.
