Cinnamon Roll French Toast
What you'll need
4 oz
Cream Cheese
2 cups
Powdered Sugar
¼ cup
Heavy Cream
1
Egg
2 cups
Heavy Cream
1 loaf
Challah Bread
1 ½ sticks
Unsalted Butter
1 tbs
Cinnamon
Make cream glaze: Add cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream to a bowl and combine

Once combined, place in safe bowl, microwave for 1 min.stir then Set aside

Next, lets make custard. Crack the egg and add in heavy cream. WHISK to combine

Grab some fresh Challah bread and slice 1 inch thick

Heat butter in skillet, cover bread on both sides with custard and place in skillet

Flip bread after 2 mins. Looks delish! Repeat the rest of the loaf. Then set bread aside

Heat remaining butter with brown sugar and whisk until well combined about 1 min

slowly add in cream,whisk until combined and bubble,add cinnamon. Take off heat and WHISK

Plate your french toast, top with cinnamon syrup then drizzle with cream cheese glaze.
