Greek Yogurt
1 1/4 cup
Milk

Vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350oF & line baking dishes with butter

Make topping by mixing the first 5 ingredients. Cinnamon, sugar, flour, salt & melted butter.

Make the filling by mixing the cocoa powder, brown sugar (1cup) & cinnamon (1 1/2 tbsp)

Mix together the unsalted butter, salt, baking powder & vanilla until smooth

Add eggs one at a time

In a bowl mix together milk and yogurt

Alternatively add the yogurt mix and flour to butter mix and beat gently to combine

Pour half of the batter and sprinkle over the filling and top with remaining batter

Sprinkle over the topping

Bake for 55-60mins or until cake is golden brown in the middle with darker edges

If you want to make a glaze mix together 1cup icing sugar and 1 1/2 tbsp milk

Cool cake for at least 20 mins before cutting and serving
