Citrus & Soy Grilled Tuna Steaks
What you'll need
Fresh Tuna Fish
1/3 Cup
Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup
Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons
Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon
Fresh Parsley Chopped Small
1 Tablespoon
Toasted Sesame Seeds
1/4 th Cup
Brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon
Dill
1/4 teaspoon
Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Of Hoisin Sauce
1/4 Cup
Diced scallions
1 Tbsp Of Sesame Oil
Fresh Tuna. You need enough for 5 1 & 1/2 inch Tuna Steaks.

Slice into 5 1 &1/2 inch Tuna Steaks.

Add your seasonings to a bowl and mix well.

Add 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce to a bowl.

Add 1/2 Cup Orange Juice to the Soy Sauce.

Add in 1 Teaspoon of Sesame Oil.

Mince 2 cloves of Garlic.

Add in 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil.

Add minced Garlic to the Marinade.

Add Dry Spices and all other ingredients to Marinade.

Mix Marinade well with a whisk.

Place your fish in a dish and pour on the Marinade.

Cover all of your fish in the Marinade.

Cover and let marinate in the Fridge for 30 mins. Flip your fish after 15 mins if not submerged.

Place on a hot indoor or outdoor grill at angle for grill marks.

Using tongs rotate the fish in the opposite direction on the grill for grill marks after 3 mins.

Turn fish over and repeat. Brush the Tuna Steaks with Marinade.

Pour leftover Marinade into a sauce pot and reduce on high heat.

Reduce marinade until it becomes like a glaze.

Remove Tuna Steaks from grill. Brush with Sauce and Garnish with Parsley & Sesame Seeds.
