This is for a chicken. Just double this for a Turkey!

Look for a low sodium blend

We love this rotisserie chicken seasoning blend!

Use your favorite lemon pepper or Cajun blend

Grab your favorite herbs from the produce section!

We used parsley, chives, rosemary and oregano.

Slice a few small oranges

Add zest of 1 lemon

Now slice the lemon

Remove stems from rosemary

Pull rosemary leaves down to remove

Chop fresh herbs

Mix into butter

Line up the slices of lemon and orange

Add the mixture to each slice!

Cover all the slices with the herbed butter

Loosen the skin from the meat

Use a sheet pan for ease! Insert butter bombs citrus side up!

Slide butter bombs under all the skin, then put rest of butter and citrus over top, add herbs

Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 3-24 hours

Time for the grill! 325 F

Get her on the grill! And weigh down with foil covered bricks! Roast 30-50 minutes each side.

Turn over and roast for another 30-50 depending on size of chicken

There she is!! Remove and cover with foil for 10-30 minutes
